Our main offices are based in Fort Worth, Texas. Our shipping and manufacturing facilities are located in Florida, Tennessee, and California. Though we don’t have a storefront or showroom, we’ll be happy to show you any mosaics we currently have on hand. Pickup options may also be available. Please contact us so that we can schedule a meeting.
Once an order is shipped, each order is on its way to your doorstep within one to five days of ordering. Most stock items will ship via UPS from our Florida facility within 1-2 business days.
Please note that some orders may arrive in multiple boxes. One-Day and Two-Day express shipping is available on most items for an additional fee.
Orders containing made-to-order or personalized items will require additional handling time, although generally not more than 5 business days total. Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipment.

Blue Water Pool Mosaics offers free Standard shipping on pool mosaic orders $299 and above. Customers living in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and all international customers are excluded from this offer.
The Blue Water Pool Mosaic Return Policy
All orders can be returned within 30 days of their shipment date. If you’re not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return it within 30 days from the shipment date.
Returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee.
