Home / Shipping Information Shipping Information We make order fulfilment our top priority so you receive your items as quickly as possible. Most stock items ship via UPS within 1-2 business days. Orders containing non-stock, made-to-order, or personalized items will require additional handling time, although generally not more than 5-10 business days total. Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipment. On average, most customers can expect to receive their order within 1-5 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that some orders will have multiple shipments and arrive in more than one box. One-Day and Two-Day express shipping is available on most items for an additional fee. Please note that these expedited options apply to time in transit only, and do not guarantee that your order will ship immediately. For urgent orders, we recommend first contacting us to confirm item availability. Special freight delivery is required for all orders containing glass or porcelain tiles over 150 lbs. A service representative will contact you to schedule a delivery date and confirm an appointment timeframe. All mosaics arrive pre-assembled and adhered to a mesh backing for easy installation. For added protection during transit, we mount our mosaics to a cardboard backer and pad with bubble wrap to prevent breakage. Some large mosaics will arrive in sections to accommodate the shipping box. Please open and inspect all packages upon delivery. If any damage is revealed, contact us immediately so that we may process a replacement. All claims for damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Orders shipping to countries other than United States and Canada will have shipping charges added after the order has been processed. Please contact us to receive an international shipping quote.
